PM stands for Presidents' Meeting and gathers the presidents from the Local BEST Groups, representatives of all committees and working groups in BEST, as well as the International Board of BEST. In all, about 130 enthousiasts will discuss about the future of BEST.

The PM is one of the two decision-making bodies of BEST. The other one is the General Assembly (GA), which is held in April every year. The GA lasts longer than the PM and gathers even more people, about 230 BEST students. The GA is the annual meeting where, for example, the new board is elected. The PM is seen as a half-annual meeting.

At this PM there will be presentations and discussions in plenary sessions. There will also be different kind of sessions in smaller groups; like discussion groups on given topics, the possibility to learn more about current projects in BEST and discussions between different LBGs to learn from each other's problems and solutions.

On the opening day of PM, there will be a kind of symposium - a chance for participants to listen to speakers from industry and universities talk about their views on this year's central theme: energy. The PM will end with a voting-session, where all proposals produced before and during the PM will be voted upon.
